My Inspiration

It took me a few hours, but with the help of some good tunes and some great coffee, I found my inspiration and finished this layout. I'm currently on a 'stamping with acrylic paint' kick, and lovin' it.

The base of this layout is one of the new Bazzill Prismatics colors. You seriously have to check this stuff out! The texture is amazing! The brown hues remind me of suede, or faux leather. Love it!

I've been working in my studio for over 12 hours today, and I am amazed at what I accomplished! I've really been trying to work in more personal layouts and such into my day so that I have something to share with all of you!

I miss your comments when I don't have anything new to show off!

***Next Friday and Saturday, I'll be doing make and takes with lots of ladies at Scrapp'n Savvy's Scrapp'n Sampler! If you live in Houston, or surrounding areas, you should come check it out! I'm keeping my make and take top secret, but it's going to be great!

If you're interested in attending, let me know and I'll get you all of the information!

Til next time, take care!

  1. That is an awesome LO! I often feel the need to "fill all the space". I love how your minimal approach really makes the photo standout.

  2. Really cool layout Courtney!

I see you've joined the ATT group :) I'm a member as well, but haven't been very "active". I have a blog, a teenage son, a full-time job and I teach mixed media art workshops in my spare time.

Stop by for a visit sometime! - Nice meeting you
